Menu lost after transferring site to a new server.

I transferred my site as per the Knowledge base article “CS-Cart Documentation — CS-Cart 4.15.x documentation” to another server and my whole menu system is lost. I now have a site without any menu.



Can anybody help me with what other changes are required after following all the steps mentioned in the KB article. Will appreciate some help.

Checked that too…The Blocks are all active, exactly like my old server.

rm -Rf /home//public_html/var/cache/*

Tried emptying the cache many a time but the result is the same. The whole site is working fine except the menu.

It seems the menu items itself were lost when I checked the Admin in the transferred site. I have attached a screenshot of the original website menu items in the admin. How do I create these Menu items in the transferred site?

Never mind. I solved this by creating the Menu manually myself though I can't see the reason why it got lost between the transfer.
