Is there a way to have a customer automatically added to a Group once they have purchased a particular product i.e. customer buys “Annual Membership” and is automatically added to the “Membership” pricing club.
I know I could do this manually for each customer, but I am looking for an automated solution.
I am working with the latest release in demo mode trying to make sure this is the right cart for me.
Would be custom development. Depending on how you would want to administer it would depend on the extent of customization. I.e. if you want to have an interface that allowed you to specify what group each product should have an “auto add” for (or none) would be more costly than having it set to act on one product that is hard-wired.
Hmm, ok. I'm guessing there is also no real membership with expiration date functionality built in?
