if your gettin that many orders a day you should retire to a carribean Island and let someone else worry about the amount of orders .
At the very least, if you have that many sales, you should be able to afford a higher end shopping cart or more customizations.
for multivendor, 6000-8000 is possible to achieve.
thats why after 4-5 years, 16million order would be possible.
