I have a couple of customers who placed orders and did not register. They have since registered, but now they cannot see the orders they placed. They are using the same email address for the orders as they are for their profile.
How can I match the order to their profile? Thanks.
You will have to edit the order directly in the database to reflect the registered id.

You can edit the order and assign it to the registered customer.
