Is there a master password? say if i want to get access to a customers account.
yea…just log in as the admin, is there something else you are looking for?
If there was, then the cart would be useless, and everybody could view your customers details.
What reason would you need to log in as a customer when all their info is viewable and changeable from the admin ?

I presume you want to know how to reverse engineer their password and log into their account? (without their knowledge) Not that I’m currently aware of.
All the customer’s data is editable, including a password reset but view current password is not.
