What do you mean with cs-cart Life Time License???
Some customers don’t understand that when they pay for the license, they can use the license forever (maybe have used some carts in the past, which were time limited or whatever). So they know it’s an “one-time payment”.

You mean to say that Martfox pays the upgrade fees?
No, why? Or when you don’t upgrade will you lose the license?
“Lifetime License” terminology has been used by CS-Cart to signify that clients don’t need to pay upgrade fees every year. Setting the same trend will result in confusion?
CS-Cart license includes a limited 1 year upgrade capability.
Upgrades Fees are x per year. No upgrade = no charge.

For Martfox this “terminology” works and the people know, what it means. If not, they can anytime ask the Martfox Support.
P.S. The number of re-sold licenses is xxx… without any confusions or customers complaints.
We are looking for a hosting provider to host some sites running CS-cart.
I am currently making the first one on my siteground account with a trial.
Do I understand it correctly, that when we host the site with you and buy CS-cart through you you can move this installation to your server so that I can finish making the site there, and then move the domain to you when the site is ready?

Yes, that’s right. Anyway you can buy the CS-Cart license anywhere, Martfox will move any site free of charge from previous hosting provider to their servers.
once my site was down, i logged a ticket. it took them an hour to fix it.
in that hour that my website is down it means i can not take any orders at all.
after they have fixed it i was asked about how i made payment for my hosting package as THEY did not have any record of my payment.
they took my website down again straight away until i could prove to them i had paid for my hosting using their previous payment method.
again i lost orders whilst my site was down.
then a few weeks later i was approaching my bandwidth limit for the month (this happened near the end of the month as well). they sent me a few emails, which i did not check in time. within a few hours of the first email they suspended my account straight away! again i lost orders.
even today 20th oct 2010 i am having problems with my site as it was unavailable for 30 minutes. even the martfox website was having problems. yet they do not give a proper answer as to why i am having these problems and nothing in on their website under “Network Issues”
i am seriously thinking of moving to someone else soon, even if it costs me more to host

Hi Tulan,
today there were a number of stuck backup processes on the server.
For all these inconveniences Martfox will give you one year free web hosting on one of the Semi-VPS servers.
Good, reliable, never had down time, customer service reply in minutes (usually), always fix things ASAP, never push for money (well not me), this is my host!
I have praised mart fox in the past, but over the past few weeks I have had numerous down times on all my sites on semi vps with them I am concerned as this is getting more often now, and as you say no chance of getting hold of them,
something is wrong and I shall be monitoring closely to see improvements.
