Marketing question - How to create custom link with specific products to a banner

Hello good day,

My marketing team made me a very good question today that i dont know how to do it.
I want to create a banner on the homepage. And this banner to be assigned to a link.
But i need to assign to this banner link some (manual) products that i will choose by myself.
Eg. we wanted to chose 100 specific products from various categories for the black friday. To create a link for them. Then to create the banner “Black friday” and to assign this link to it.
How can i do that?

You need to create hidden category with name Black Friday.
