It seems that if I manually input a product (in the CS-Cart control panel), it will not show up in my csv file when I do an export. So, I cannot remove the product unless I manually remove it. Is this true?
Also, I seem to be asking such simple “beginner” questions. Did you all wrestle so much with this when you got started with CS-Cart? I wish there was a tutorial for dummies! Thanks.
My exports and imports are just fine. Make sure that when you go to exports that you have products selected since the first page is google base.
As for learning this system, for me there was a decent learning curve, but after a while I got the hang of it and now feel very comfortable with it. Just hang in there, read the forums, and don’t be afraid to ask questions now matter how simple they seem.
