Make invoice email non repliable

Hi all, i am constantly getting people returning their invoice email with questions and often these email accounts do not get monitored. I would like to make a but im not sure if i just need to set up and email account called donotreply@* or if i need to specify that this email account cannot be responded on in cPanel?

Can’t you forward these non-monitored email accounts to someone else’s email who would actually take notice?

It is very important to SERVE customers in whatever weird ways they want to contract you, be it fax, smoke signals.

Point is, somehow you should find a way to have these accounts to be monitored or customers will find someone else, someplace else…
