My store is drop-ship only, so we have a lot of different suppliers that we use.
When a customer places an order on our website, our supplier(s) is notified immediately via email of the order, and they then fill it and ship it out.
They receive an email from “orders@letstalkchef.com”.
HOWEVER- if the supplier wants to send me a message back, and they hit “reply” on the order email they received, then the “TO” address is replaced with the customers email address, not mine.
Why would this be happening, and how should I fix it?
