Mailing list block gone

Hello, I cannot add a mailing list block. I change the template and still no block. The block is active, and:

Content: Mailing lists



Appearance: addons/news_and_emails/blocks/subscribe.tpl



Wrapper: blocks/wrappers/sidebox_general.tpl



The news block appears. Anyone know how to solve this?

It seems that the problem occurred because a mailing list was not created properly.



In order to create such a block, you should do the following:


  1. Create a mailing list. In order to create it, you should follow the instructions in the "Creating a mailing list' article of our Knowledge base: CS-Cart Documentation — CS-Cart 4.15.x documentation
  2. In the administration panel, go to Design > Blocks
  3. Click the “Add block” button.
  4. In the opened window, specify a name for the block, select Mailing lists in the “Block content” drop-down list.
  5. Click the “Create” button.
