"made To Order" Stock Status

Hi,

Is there a way to change the Stock Status to show "Made to Order - 4wks"?

Unlike the "Available from" with a fixed date, I need mine to give a duration instead.

We currently have it listed as "in stock", but the "4wks delivery" as part of the shipping duration, but customers can only see that when checking out, and instead will just abandon the cart. So we're hoping to have it listed clearly on the product page instead.

Hopefully it's a simple change, and not a complicated custom job.

You can use default Promotion text field to show such notifications to your customers. Example can be found here:
