hi all,i have now had 3 customers over the last week complain that they could not purchase from us online and it appears they were running the mac version of firefox to reach our website.they said they could get all the way to checkout fine but when trying to use single page checkout the “proceed” button didnt do anything.is anyone else able to replicate this please?
There are couple ways you can do;
- Ask their Foxpro version, and test it on your windows PC
- Try to find any friends who have Mac and use their MAC to find the problems.
- Ask them use Safari browser to order
