Lots Of Blank Add Ons, How Do I Get Rid Of?

I had to restore the Var folder for some reasons & I ended up having about 40 +- of these blank addons in my admin area.

How do I get rid of them?

Update: I restored back again and fixed that issue.

But, I have 2 cache's (cache and cache1) I think I would delete cache1, right?

You can delete both cache and cache1 folders and cache folder will be generated automatically.
