Try on MV4.8.1 SP1

Enter in a product on admin panel

Delete the category without select another

Save....

BYE BYE your product !! It's a little bit dangerous ! no??

: No results match the search query

How avoid to delete the primary category.. or if just one is selected ?

I don't know about MV but the standard version will not let you save it unless a category is chosen.

See if it created a delete or trash category and put it in there.

According to the code Trash category is not used in Multi-Vendor
