Simple answer: A web host's support staff needs to be trained at what they do and know exactly what they support.
They listen to your question and concern and then answer you quickly if they can if not they ask you to wait a moment while they log in to your account and see what's going on. Then they fix your problem or in rare situations do some more research or talk to someone else on their team with more experience.
Trust me - I have used CS cart since version one and other ecom software before that; support staff who answer within a minute and help you on the phone are best for non tech users...
I suppose some people can type lightning fast and are OK with chat also - but not anyone that I know...

Customers complain, they apologize and promise to fix the problems, but they do nothing and apologize again. Then they promise additional services as compensation, angry customers are invited to a cup of coffee on social networks, they apologize again on review sites + their employees write reviews about what a great company they work for... but little changes.
They lie all the time, and users get angry.

Do they Cloudlfare CDN? Ill look into them as many of my clients are in Africa and I am worried about latency from the norm hosting co’s.
