I’m a developer and have written modules in cs-cart however I have a client that is constantly making “look and feel” adjustments that usually need some sort of smarty template change.
This really isn’t my thing so I am looking for someone to partner with who does that type of work.
The other criteria is you must be contactable by phone and speak English.
