The problem occurs because the Redirect visitors of this storefront to the one that has countries to which the visitors' IP addresses belong defined check box is selected on the Finbay storefront editing page in the CS-Cart admin panel. All the customers from the countries specified in the Countries area on the Acaibeads storefront editing page in the CS-Cart admin panel will be redirected to the Acaibeads storefront. If you clear the Redirect visitors of this storefront to the one that has countries to which the visitors' IP addresses belong defined check box on the Finbay storefront editing page in the CS-Cart admin panel, the problem will be resolved.
