I have never use CS-Cart before and I want to test it.
I have experience in Joomla which at first I setup it local with XAMPP and when I finish the site I upload it live to my web hosting.
Can I do the same with CS-Cart?
What if I am local and finish the 30-days trial when I'm trying to finish the site? Can I finish it after this period and then buy license to upload it online?
