Is there a way to make the responses from the visitor and the operator different colors so it is not so confusing ? Or maybe their name and the operator’s name different colors ? I have been on chat with other company websites & it’s so much easier to follow the conversation if you can focus on the “other” color text…
I looked over the CSS files & could not see anywhere you can specify…but then again I don’t know the codes very well either…
