is this available on all versions or will i need an upgrade

If available how do i switch it on

I believe so.



If you’re using latest version 1.3.5sp2 then you can enable this in the admin backend by clicking on addons in your top right hand side. Once there, Check the Live Help Checkbox and then click the update button. That should do it,

Don’t forget that you will also need to download the Live Help client from your file area. This client is only available for Windows.
