Does it have cs-cart cron interface to update the currency rates automatically? Currently cs-cart unfortunately does not have own cron interface . Make sure that you ask for the cron interface.
This feature is confirmed by cs-cart. No idea when it will be released.

Worked fine when we have fixed your incorrect installation and your files, but you have changed always our work and not followed the instructions.
The mod works fine if you are following the install instructions.
