We're trying to integrate Shipstation with CS Cart 4.11 We've come up against an error that won't let Shipstation update new orders. Shipstation's support tells me " it appears that one of your orders has a message that has a exceeded the character limit." That limit, I'm told is 100 characters.
In our product options, we use a text area to allow the customer to input any engraving details and other information relative to their order. Is there any way to limit the input of that text area to 100 characters? Also, what is the difference between a 'Text area' and 'Text' ?
Is there another way for the customer to pass along the engraving details?
