why all addon about label/stickers are not connected directly to:
- bestseller (without selecting the amount to become bestseller)
- price ( to automatic have free shipping label if the price is above x)

Please check our addons CS-Cart Vendor Badges and CS-Cart Product Badges.Where an admin can manually assign the desired badges or labels.

CS-CART has such solution to display free shipping

Then you can setup cart promotion, Product price is greater then ... Bonus give free shipping this and that.. But this will happen only after product added to cart, no such catalog promotion available..

No official labels for best sellers, can create only a link to filter out those products as a dedicated location

Yes would be simple to have label connected to our bestseller of the site.
