Keep getting this error when trying to update a customers order on admin side

I have a customer who place an order & then wanted to change billing address info & also wanted to add an item to her order. I changed it in admin, but keep getting this error when trying to save and when trying to continue:



Database error: 2006 : MySQL server has gone away

Invalid query: UPDATE cscart_order_data

If you do a google search for “MySQL server has gone away” you will receive several reasons why this could have occured. It is basically telling you that you have lost connection to your Mysql server.
