I have my site hosted with Martfox and they ran the upgrade for me. Now my top menu is all screwy. They have said that one of the tpl files must have been changed, but i dont know what i would have changed? What sort of things are in the tpl files so i can try and jog my memory. I just used firebug to make my changes bit by bit, so have really limited knowledge of all of this. Any ideas would be awesome!

You’d be better off taking a look at the conflict files. Resolve them will solve most problems. This is the key part of doing a complete upgrade process.
yea i saw those… are they the files that have red and green to show what the conflicts are? what exactly do i do?

You have to resolve the conflicts manually one by one. Making sure your old changes are reflected in the new file.
Ah ok, go to the file in question and change things back… ill go do it now and see what happens. Although i havent made any changes to do with the top menu, so i dont get why that was effected. Hopefully i can fix this soon.
Alright, i changed those conflicts. There were only a few for fonts and font sizes in the styles.base.css and some in the config. which i didnt change.
