Js Error Error On Checkout Page

When we press the Continue button on the Checkout page on the Shipping Options tab we get an error below:

TypeError: data.html[k].indexOf is not a function

It is hard to say anything without detailed examination. Also I have reviewed bug tracker and failed to find any similar issue. Most possibly it is caused by 3rd party theme
