Javascripts Not Loading When I Turn Back Payment Tab

Hello,

In payment method, we are calling a tpl file with javascripts. All javascripts are working. But when i click to “other payment method” tab and after that, turn back to first tab, scripts are not loading.

I checked it with browser and here is the image;

How can i fix this? If customer change payment method and turn back, javascripts are not running.
