Analyzing the site with www.gtmetrix.com it’s saying that three JS should be on the bottom…

Should it be on the bottom? And if so where should I look? I searched around in the templates but didn’t find anything…

Some javascripts can’t (shouldn’t) be placed at the bottom because the execution must happen before another site code. Otherwise the site won’t work properly.
