Issues after I scale-up de virtual server

Hello,

I scale up my VPS resources and changed from AMD shared vCPU to Intel CPU (still VPS but dedicated CPU- KVM virt). The scale process doesn’t affect the files but I notices cs-cart fail to run properly after. For instance when I try to import products tin admin area the pop-up inport vanished in 5 seconds so I run the command via ssh, and got this errors:

So I restored the AMD config and its all good but I need to scale it to more dedicated resources . How to fix those errors ?

Hi!

Even though the error is truncated, I assume that there is some issue with the database server. However, I have a few questions that might shed some light on this, at least for me:

  • Is your DB server on the same VPS?
  • What were the exact errors when you switched the CPU?
  • What was the overall CPU load when you switched to Intel?

I switched back to AMD CPU and worked.
