Issue With Upgrade - Errorthe Ziparchive Class Not Found

As title, after clicking the Download button for upgrade package, I get this error.

Fixed PHP 7.0 needed Zip Archive module installing

Ok not sorted. Archive_Zip IS installed on server in PHP PEAR Packages but CS Cart still gives same ErrorThe ZipArchive class not found.
