After adding same picture to more products, its still generating as a new picture…example:

Is it possible to add one picture to more products without generating a duplicate?

Unfortunately, it's the way how CS-Cart works. Each picture must be unique in the database so that by deleting a picture from one product, it wasn't deleted from all other products where it is used.
