Hello, I’m new to CS Cart and I just read some where that CS cart is also available as free open source script. I can’t able to find it anywhere? I’m looking to setup a marketplace/multivendor shop something like Amazon and eBay.

No, I am afraid access to its repository is not currently available for the wide public.
As for the Multi-Vendor, there is no free version of this product.
