Gooroo - I just switched over from FedEx Gound to SmartPost and enabled it for the Vendor. The test works but it does not appear as an option for the customer.
What did you have to change on the FedEx side to make SmartPost work for you?

The SmartPost option only appears if the customer's address is eligible for SmartPost (e.g. residential).
