Is 4.1.3 Stable ?

I am thinking of making the jump from 3.0.6 but don't want to land in a nest of bugs.

If 4.1.3 is not considered stable then is there a Version 4.?.? that is stable ?

Here is comparation:CS-Cart 4 Beta is on! | eCommerce Blog on Running an Online Marketplace. I used all the version from 4 to 4.1.3 , and i havent problems , with any one, of the versions. I consider that 4.1.3 is stabel.
