Integrating Jira/confluence In Cs-Cart Mv

Hi All,

We are using Jira/Confluence internally for our own documentations/how-to/bug tracking etc related to our marketplace.

We are investigating how we can extend that to our vendors (exg how to setup storefront, add products, variants etc). Also, we need to be able to log issues/bugs/support calls etc, both from buyers and our vendors.

Any ideas how we can integrate this with CS-Cart, such that when a vendor logs in, they have access to our Confluence FAQs, can open tickets etc.

Of course, a buyer can use the "Contact Us" form to submit a ticket.

It would be done as a custom addon to integrate to the 3rd party.

Hopefully they have a well defined API and that you can articulate all the areas where you want their functionality accessible.

I'm assuming each vendor would have an account and that anything related to their products would be routed to their specific account versus one for the site (or both if so coded).
