Installation troubles

I am installing cs cart and keep getting an error message can"t connect to database server.



I have localhost in this box as instructed…



Any clues???



I can’t move past this step.

For me, “localhost” is not the correct setting for my database. You need to know the actual path for your database. I found mine by going into my website control panel, accessing MySql, bringing up the database, then copied the path name into the CS-Cart settings box for that.
