Installation Error Multi-Vendor 4.3.2

Hi,



I'm trying to install a free version of CS-Cart Multi Vendor 4.3.2 but I can't get pass the “Server Configuration” page. All requirements passed (except mod_security).



Followed the installation instructions step by step, but every time I click “Install”, the progress bar appears for a millisecond and nothing happens.



On the Error Log in my cPanel I get the following error:

What could be the problem?
