I have just installed the “RC” version of CS-Cart and the install went fine but now my Admin Area and Store Front are not showing images or CSS. What is the fix for this?

Is this the right place to get help? Not a great sign when evaluating a cart that the forum won’t attempt to answer a probably very simple thing.
