Install 4.2.4 With Mod_Sec Turned Off

Hi,



I am trying to install 4.2.4 today on a 2 vps servers.



The servers have mod_sec installed but I have turned off the mod_sec within cpanel. The script still sees mod_sec and refuses to install. Do I have to uninstall mod_sec or is there a way around this?
