Incomplete To Pending ?

Is there anyway to incomplete order auto make the pending or processed order without doing ourself. My client told me he can't see the order which he created from credit card. After when i change to processed than he see their order. Please suggest ?

Let me explain the following:



An order with the “Incompleted” status is created every time when a customer is redirected to the payment gateway website. But when he/she is not redirected back to the store after completing a transaction, an order remains “Incompleted” and it is not displayed in the list of orders with other statuses.



So, if you want to change the order status to “Processed” automatically, your customers should return to the store.

I know that process. Yesturday i tried but no luck. When i done the payment and auto redirect to website, it redirect to my account where the customer order and status shows incompleted but when i change the status to processed than its shows order in order history. May i know why ?

Hello Mriacles…

A lot of search into integrating EBS as a payment gateway got me to your post.

Thanks for putting up the detailed information and the files, really appreciate.

Though, i'm facing a problem that after payment the redirect happens to “cart empty” and also the order thus created is Incomplete by default.



Is there a way to get this fixed, some modification /addition to the code that you have posted.

Any help would be sincerely appreciated as i'm totally stuck here.
