Importing Products Isue

Hi,

Im trying to import image of the produscts (after upgrading from 4.3.1 to 4.3.5) and the images dont show.

and there is an error like you said in the article. the problem is that the hoster (hostgator) dosent know what to eneble in order that my images imort to worck.
Is there any way around that? is there any way you can help me?

can you post a screenshot of your csv

If the "exim/backup/images/" directory is specified in the "Images directory" field, the full path should be

var/files/1/exim/backup/images
