Import multiple customers using csv

When I tried to import multiple users using csv in cscart I encounter something like this

ImportantData is imported successfully.
New objects - 0;
Updated objects - 0;
Skipped objects - 67;

I checked the fields multiple times, is there a way to fix this?

Hi!

Please, make sure that your preset isn’t missing the Language field, and this language is one used in your store.

Hello!

Yes, the language field is there and I’m using the store language which is en because that is the only language I added on my store. Is that the most important field in the preset that is causing the problem above? The email and vendor fields are also filled by the way.
