Images in Product's page - PROBLEM

Hello Everybody,



version: 2.0.15 (new version)

I was using version 2.0.12 and had no problem about this.





Problem is in the PRODUCT’S PAGE. All them. All products that have more than one image… same problem.



In the product’s page:



You have the FIRST IMAGE in 2 sizes (normal and thumbnail).

If I click in NORMAL (first one) image, the popup appear… and I can see first image in a big size.



BUT…



If I click in the second thumbnail… no image appear. Nothing happen and no image in NORMAL SIZER or in the BIGGER size appear.



All thumbnails are there… but no IMAGE.





You can see images in attachment to understand better.





*** IMPORTANT ***

I have import by hand… one by one ALL products… description, images, etc.

So, this new version is like a NEW STORE. I haven’t upgraded by database.

I guess your Design Mode is on. Turn it off and you will be happy again.

I think this is not the problem.



If you talking about DESIGN > DESIGN MODE

IT IS NOT TURN ON. Neither in translation mode.









Maybe you are talking about other thing.

I think I will need to contact support.



It is IMPOSSIBLE to have a store where your client can not see some images in a bigger size.

I had the same problem. I just added another pair of images which repeat the last pair of images, so in the thumbnails, there are two same images in the last, but in the pop up window, only one appear. But I admit this is not a perfect solution.

I think the problem is in the NEW SKIN I am using because I got if from 2.0.12 version, and my new store is a 2.0.15 store.





I do THINK that support team could spend at least 1h in a week to come here to say… YES, the problem can be this. Answering here, a lot of people will know where the problem is… and could try to solve it.

I started from 2.0.9 and my current version is 2.0.15. I don’t have the problem as you said.



Since you said maybe it is NEW SKIN problem, why don’t you try to temporarily activate another skin for the testing?



Sometimes it may be the version conflicits of JS scripts or browser version problems.

Yes, I will insert basic skin to test.



I think it because someone said me that this was his problem (so, maybe can be mine…).







Maybe in next weekend, because if the problem were the skin, I will need to REMAKE everything again. This is not very easy. Specially when we are talking about a lot of browsers.

I got optional combinations update problem recently. CS-cart tech support ask me downgrade to my PHP 5.2.X, but my current php is 5.2.13.



Well, sometime some weird problems you will meet it in one time…lol



I guess that your problem may be from the wrong image viewer JS version. Before I had problem to delete manual product items on hot deals, the cs-cart tech. found it was the wrong JS script version, updated script, and solved it.

I test and use the BASIC skin… and everything works fine (searches and images in product’s page).





I will need to do another skin based in 2.0.15 version.





Just to you know.
