It sounds like permisson rights problems… Did you follow the instructions when installing the script?
Also check , if you are using internet explorer, right click on the small image (even if isnt shown) select “View image” (or something like this, I dont know in English Operating systems) and check in the adreess bar the path of the image, then check it in your ftp program…
Probably you didnt give enough rights to the image folder.
