I create one product and in “Options” i added “One Option” which is required but when i click add to cart, it is ignoring and redirect to checkout page with notifying the users. You can see the screenshot. Please help

We are sorry to hear that you experience such a problem.
It seems that the problem occurred because of using the “Simultaneous” option type instead of the “Sequential” one on the necessary product details page in the administration panel of your store. If so, CS-Cart system automatically selects the first variant of your option by default and allows customers to add this product to cart. But if you select the “Sequential” option type, customers cannot add product to cart without selecting the “Required” option.
