If you offer free shipping, how do you add a tracking number

I offer free shipping over a certain amount and also free shipping for certain products. Currently if a customer has free shipping I can’t add a tracking number like I can if there isn’t free shipping.



Do I have something wrong?



If nothing is wrong, how can I fix this?

I do this all the time so should work fine.

Works! just use the shipment.
