When I set up minimum order amount 20
When I go to checkout not showing this minimum amount!
when I change skin is not changing stay same
When I close store
Is not on front page closing
Whats problem?
Stupid question I guess, but are you sure you are using the right URL? Doing all of that and making no changes seems rather odd.
Are you sure you aren’t changing a testing site or something?
Also, maybe try clearing your cache.
