I Have A Product That Shows On Front End But Not On Back End

I have a product that shows on front end but not on back end.

I can't search for it in back-end or front end either.

I can only locate the product using product id if I want to edit the product.

any reasons why?

Solved: changed database data....product Type was NULL needs to be "P"

Now it shows up everywhere etc..
