Looks like you have some smarty library mess. There is a new library in 4.15.1 and the files are reloaded when installing the update. If you have a backup of your store, try to delete this directory
/app/lib/vendor/smarty/smarty/libs/sysplugins
and then upload it again from the last copy (before trying to update) and try to update.
Remember to always have a backup!
If you are not sure what to do, outsource it to a specialist or write to the support.
